A morning departure from Nairobi for the Mara, passing the extinct volcanoes of Longonot & Suswa enroute, On reaching Narok, the administrative centre for the district, enjoy a packed lunch. We reach camp early in the afternoon. After settling in we take a walk in the surrounding hills and valleys, enjoying the views and plains game. Return to camp as the sun sets over the western skies. After a hot shower enjoy drinks around the campfire and dinner, before retiring for the night. Rise for an early breakfast before departing for the Masai Mara Game Reserve for a day of game viewing. The Mara offers variety and numbers of game unparalleled in any other park in Kenya. A packed lunch will be served on arrival at the Hippo Pools, if we are lucky, in the company of large schools of hippos. We return to camp as dusk approaches. Enjoy dinner and a chat around the fire before retiring for the night. An early breakfast before departing on bicycles for a ride up the Sekenani Valley, surrounded by game and wonderful views. We return to Nairobi in the afternoon. Minimum for guaranteed departure: 3 pax
